DEFINITION The date and time when the digital asset was submitted. The date and time are automatically assigned by the PBS Digital Learning Library asset management system upon uploading of digital media items.

NOTES/GUIDELINES The date and time are automatically assigned upon uploading digital media items into the PBS Digital Learning Library asset management system. If generating metadata outside of the PBS DLL system, use the date format of DD Month YYYY HH:MM (in 24 hour clock mode)
